I really enjoyed the broth because you can really taste the shiitake base among other flavors. It's extremely flavorful. It's not oily, it's not salty. I had a whole egg and it was gooey in the inside how it should be.Picture might not be appealing but my god it was very good to the point I drank the soup.Staff Very politeAtmosphere very chillWait time: Almost right away.
Tsujita is my go-to ramen noodle spot when I go to LA. Located in the bustling heart of Sawtelle, known as Little Osaka of Los Angeles, Tsujita LA Artisan Noodle is a ramen haven that’s earned its stellar reputation through sheer culinary mastery. Amidst an enclave celebrated for diverse eateries, Tsujita stands out as a pilgrimage site for ramen enthusiasts. One can 't talk about Tsujita without raving about their Tsukemen. A dipping ramen, where noodles and broth are served separately, this dish is the epitome of flavor dynamism. The broth, thick and savory, exhibits a depth that can only result from hours of meticulous simmering. It 's rich, almost gravy-like, and each dip coats the noodles perfectly, ensuring every bite is a harmonious blend of taste and texture. The noodles, on the other hand, are a marvel in their own right: thick, chewy, and with a resilience that ensures they remain al dente till the last slurp. While Tsukemen is the showstopper, their traditional ramen bowls, such as the Tonkotsu, shouldn 't be overlooked. The broth is velvety, the char siu pork slices are tender and flavorful, and the accompaniments, from bamboo shoots to soft-boiled eggs, complement the bowl impeccably. The ambiance at Tsujita mirrors the food: unpretentious yet crafted with care. The interior is intimate, often buzzing with anticipation as diners await their steaming bowls. Service is prompt, with the staff well-versed in guiding newcomers through the menu.Tsujita LA Artisan Noodle is not just a restaurant; it 's an experience. It 's where traditional Japanese ramen techniques meet the vibrant energy of LA. For anyone seeking a bowl that warms both the body and soul, Tsujita on Sawtelle is an unmissable destination. Each visit promises not just a meal, but a narrative of flavors that linger long after the bowl is empty.
They have a pretty good Tsukeman. Noodle is chewy enough, and sources have complicated tastes based on seafood. I like it, Chashu was good, but it's not my taste. Good restaurants Food: 4/5
Was really yummy!! I didn't get the noodles so I can't speak on those besides the fact that they looked yummy. I got the salmon bowl and it was SO filling. It was literally the only thing I ate that whole day. It was warm and flavorful it felt so comforting to eat. I'd go again just for the bowl. Area's a little hard to park in, but it's LA. It's near a lot of dessert places right across the street there was another restaurant that was the same name?? Idk what the diff is though.Kid friendliness: Saw families eating there había familias comiendo ahí.
I love it here! My husband and I love ramen and decide to give it a try to this style (is like ramen but the noodles are on the side) it was delicious!Quality of food was great flavor amazing and service was fantastic! The space is a little small but they have a good system in place, come early and prepare to wait because there is always a line but totally worth it!
