The Izaka-ya By Katsu-ya West Hollywood

Since the moment you enter this restaurant you get hit by a couple of things. 1st how crowded it is and 2nd the smell of delicious sushi. It is one of the best places in the valley to eat sushi and Japanese cuisine at a reasonable price. The relation price-quality is perfect.

Cobe cortex is amazing. the cut rolls and hand rolls are very fresh and tasty. they have really good covid protocols

Love this place. The rolls are super fresh and the service is fast and super friendly. I highly recommend!!

(2018) Overrated and overpriced. Our first dish scallop came cold. Charged $17 for a large sake, but what really came up was a small bottle. (2022) Had the chance to dine at the same restaurant the second time, unknowing that this was the same restaurants visited 4 years ago. This time it was a much better experience. Sat at the sushi bar. The California roll was very delicious (ordered one additional to go). Also enjoyed the grilled yellow tail and the short ribs. Sushi chefs were very friendly and responsive.

The crunchy rice spicy tuna was my favorite with mushrooms miso soup and green tea .Parking: Valet parking
