We were impressed with Sushi One's omakase Our sushi chef Evan was friendly and served us with an excellent meal.

I came here with my friend today and she really wanted to try that $65 sushi courseI didn't want to spend that much so I wanted to get my own thing.

BYOB, and order the Omakase option. Every time we do, chef Toshi and his staff show us a kick ass sushi time. We will always come back for more!!

Best sushi i've had since Jiro's (tokyo). Fish well handled and VERY interesting varieties. Rice excellent. Toshi is a very responsive sushi chef.
