Pizza Loca - Los Angeles

I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I only went for the nostalgia of the La Gigante pizza, but it either always tasted bad and I never realized it, or it has really gone downhill. Little Caesars is a much better option if you're on a budget. The cheese on the pizza had a strange smell, even for cheese. Overall, the pizza was overly greasy and all you could taste was the cheap dough and the unpleasant cheese smell.

I placed a delivery order and was disappointed to receive a call informing me that the restaurant does not have a delivery service, and that I needed to order through a delivery platform instead. It was unprofessional. Additionally, I missed my lunch time as they called me over an hour after placing my order.

I waited in line and the cashier allowed someone to cut in front of me. Additionally, my order was not ready at the designated pick-up time.

My first time at pizza loca it is better than little caesars at pizza hut honest-to-god, also the crust is well recommended good service very helpful

Hardly any cheese on their pizza and hot wings parecen recalentados.
