Olive Garden Italian - Los Angeles

I literally just walked out. I find it hard to believe that we can be seated before people and they get their order taken. Not only that they get their salad and drinks. 3 different times we were asked if we've been helped but no one helped us. I'm so disappointed. I literally been hyping my partner up to come eat here for the past few weeks. So to finally come here and get this kind of service is very disheartening. I literally just signed up and downloaded the app. What a waste of time and effort.

Food was excellent. NeverEnding pasta was tasty and server was quick for refills.Drinks were refilled quickly. The atmosphere was quite nice with a high ceiling and seating booths. Service was very good if a little slow. Prices are now quite reasonable compared to others that have raised theirs recently. Parking was easy, much better than Culver City location.Vegetarian options: Pasta with marinara and more.Parking: Lots of outdoor parking in mall.

Compliments to an employee named Andy! We came up to wrong doors on company parking lot. Andy was on his break enjoying air. When he saw our struggles with Husband who just had a heart transplant. He ran over to help and escort us to the front door and held it for us to enter. Without complaint, He is a great employee and brings all Good to Your reputation! Thank You again! My family went to Olive Garden Midtown today for our Labor Day Eve dinner for the first time, and I have to say that the service there is impeccable! Our server, Monica, was extremely caring and thoughtful while serving us. Monica, if you see this--I forgot to add your name at the end of the survey--my family and I are eternally grateful and we hope you get the credit you deserve!

The best OG on the planet. My girlfriend and I always say, you’re not a true foody if you don’t appreciate chains. We come here on Sundays, sit at the bar and order Soup, Salad and Breadsticks. It’s a spiritual experience.
