Przekaż informację zwrotnąMusso Frank Grill is a basis for the history of Hollywood, as this family business originally opened its doors in 1919. Before the construction of the renowned Hollywood sign in the lush Hollywood hills, Musso Frank Grill was proud and served some Hollywood elite. As the main part of the Hollywood Antique, this restaurant also became a literary irrigation hole for many famous authors in the 1930s. On the list “1001 places to see before you die” Musso Frank Grill will show you the numerous reasons it is currently. If you enter the facility through the front door, you can simply feel the story here. A wealth of experience is proud of every server here... some since the 50s busy here. Waiters in classic red nap jackets with black lapels, who donate bow ties over crispy white shirts, keep in them a pride and dignity for a part of this historical basis of culinary performance. Upstairs, the 90-year-old menu still allures with a taste for the finer things in life, while red leather stands and rich mahogany add even more warmth and inviting ambience than you can ever imagine. We were treated as if we were part of the family during our culinary experience at Musso Frank Grill. From a sincere courtesy to friendly charming conversation, we had the most beautiful time with our waiter. Our acquaintance, that day with us, brought a bottle of wine to the table and also agreed that our server was one of the most friendly and professional waiters she had experienced for a long time. Then the kitchen came. Just as we thought that things could not get better, we realized how amazing the culinary creations of Chef J. P. Amateau are really... The specially baked sour-french bread, which is generously served every cartridge table, is soft, tasteful and undoubtedly unforgettable. Baked to perfection, this tasty supply is with a pickup of chilled sweet cream butter with a thin paper that prominently shows the name of the restaurant. A quick photo with forks quickly dig into it, the top right photo is the popular Marinated Herring $12). A great appetizer, large enough to share with another person, this marinated herring is served on iceberg and romaine salad with a plentiful portion of acidic cream and is garnished with a black olive. All photos and complete review of SavorHour.com) The Grenadine of beef with Bearnaise sauce $30) consisted of three delicate fillets of beef with a savory creamy bearnaise sauce surrounded by a delectable brown gravy and green field peas. My husband ordered this duck and had no problems polishing him off at all. I got a few bites from him to try this excellent menu selection and found it amazing to be in taste and visual appeal. The Lobster Thermidor was prepared sensationally. This popular French dish consisted of a creamy conglomeration of cooked lobster meat, egg yolk and cognac, filled in a lobster dish, then plentifully mixed with Gruyere cheese with a hint of mustard. Such a raised treat with the succulent lobster and the rich mix of sweetness! I ordered the Porcini Mushroom Risotto $22. A huge fan of excellent Risotto and Porcini mushrooms, I just couldn't pass. So I ordered it. And I swore the whole thing! And it was one of the most incredible, tasteful, hearty mushroom risottos ever. The meatiness and earthy taste of the porcini mushrooms improved the cream of the risotto. A well-equipped option for those who enjoy pasta presentations. If there is a dessert that you have at Musso Frank Grill, it just has to be a cake $7). This neopolitan is layered with strawberries, fluffy whipped cream and strawberry sauce and then embroidered with fresh strawberries. The three of us shared this sinful treatment and had absolutely no regret after it!
