This is a nice, quiet spot to enjoy lunch or coffee, though I found it somewhat overpriced. I ordered the grilled chicken and smoked mozzarella melt, and I would recommend asking for extra sauce because there was hardly any on the sandwich. Overall, the flavor didn’t stand out as particularly impressive. I appreciated that they served the cucumbers on the side instead of on top, as they provided a refreshing contrast after the melt.

The food is good, and the servers are friendly, though they seem a bit overwhelmed. However, the prices aren't very competitive. I've noticed that the tables aren’t cleaned with chlorine solutions, which makes me question their sanitation. I enjoyed the sample jams, but it was a bit tricky to get the bread to go with them. I ended up trying the jams with lettuce, which wasn’t ideal. The drinks are definitely the highlight here—excellent coffee and tea at quite reasonable prices, served in bowls instead of traditional cups.

This is a really cute brunch spot right next to the Downtown LA flower mart. When I came here, they had a line forming outside but the wait wasn't too bad and the line moved quickly. I had the pulled pork hash and a side of the pancakes. The dish was full of flavor and it came with two any style eggs. I really loved the pancakes. They were soft and incredibly fluffy. I'll definitely be stopping by here again.

We had a fantastic experience during breakfast today. Our server, Nima, was absolutely wonderful—funny, warm, and friendly. The bread basket was simply delicious!
