L.a. Birria Pizza - Los Angeles

The pizza was ? Luis was even better?? Thanks for letting me know what happen the day before is not how LA Birria Pizza is run?Hopefully that employee who wouldn’t take my order the day before takes some notes from Luis. This place is a must try?you will not be disappointed. Luis is the real MVP?

The food is great! But unfortunately make sure you double check your order. Also have had them not have my food ready at the time of pick up or hasnt been made.. disappointing as before it was amazing service. Plus you cant get your money back immediately you have to call the service they use its bs. I give it a 2 stars because of the good food lol

This is a great place i tried the birria pizza a few times now, it's good 4/5. I would recommend

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. i placed 2 orders on doordash BOTH orders were cancelled. I then called in the order and spoke with a lady asking her why my orders were cancelled. she said she was unsure. so i asked can i place the order over the phone she advised of course you can so i proceeded to place my order. I arrived to pick up my order and when i walked in the lady was very rude. first off she didn 't look at me when i spoke with her. she was on her phone. she asked did i place the order online i said no over the phone. she then pulled up and email and said no online. i said no over the phone. so then she says i was trying to call you back but it was a teaching service, but your order was cancelled WE HAVE NO BIRRIA i called from my work phone. How does a Birria Restaurant run out of Birria? She was so rude and said i have to contact a 3rd party for a refund. i advised i called in so i want my refund. She said it was by an ordering service, BUT I CALLED IN THE ORDER. I let her know i was going to give a bad review and she didn 't seem to care. She is probably one of the rudest unprofessional person i have ever encountered. everything i was saying she would laugh. i will never go back to this place. and how were their workers in front eating if there was no birria. I 'm literally so confused. Not only do i have to call my bank because i was charged and not issued a refund i wasted my whole lunch trying to pick up a non existing order. If you decide to cancel orders you should also try to send an email confirmation. OR JUST NOT ACCEPT ORDERS IF YOU HAVE NO FOOD?

I try this place on the recommendation of yelp Pictures of food look so yummy When I got the food totally disappointed it sure does not look like the pics. My pizza birria had no guacamole . My ramen noddles had no egg.Corn or spinach and the flavor totally disappointed it was so salty all the food I got was totally salty I can't believe I spent almost $80 dollars on this food I make much better birria on a bad day Don't bother trying this place ..
