Jack In The Box - Los Angeles

If i could put 0 stars i would. I would not go there ever again. We had to wait 20 minutes to even be seen. There was at least 6 or 7 people behind the register. They saw use but did not come to us. When we asked if we would have to wait as long to get are food. The cashier gave us attitude and then went to the other employees and started to say bad things about us in spanish. We can understand spanish. We dont appreciate the rude attitude. I would not go there

Prices are a dollar higher than most JnB locations. The customer service is eh at best. They never seem happy or smile when handing off food.

My rating is based on drive-thru experience. They were pretty fast and courteous. Food was good too

Good drive-thru experience. The place was clean, the staff were friendly, and the food was warm. $7.00 for the small Jumbo Jack with cheese combo (combo #4). Restroom access required going to the counter to ask them to buzz you in. It was very clean.

I ordered the fresh fried fries and a cheeseburger combo with a soda. However, the soda tasted more salty than sweet.
