Chipotle Mexican Grill - Los Angeles

If you can, steer clear of this Chipotle. It's the worst one in Los Angeles. The staff are unhelpful and seem indifferent. Four out of five times I've visited in the last two hours before closing, they’ve been out of many ingredients. At times, they even close the store entirely, only accepting online orders while locking the doors to keep customers out.

I visited this location for the first time tonight, and I was disappointed. The chips were stale, the queso tasted like it came from a can, and the serving size of the burrito bowl was smaller than what I'm used to. The guacamole had large chunks of unripe avocado, and the carnitas barbacoa were cold and bland. On a positive note, the service was good and quick! Overall, it was a letdown, especially since I live just around the corner.

Manager here is so sweet and didn?t kick us out when only one of our friends ordered food. No complaints!

This was my 1st time eating at a Chipotle and was presently surprised that the food was pretty good. I had the Carnita burrito with pollo asada added to the burrito. A big thank you to my Great Nieces who suggested we have lunch there. Love you all so much.???????????????

This restaurant offers a clean environment and serves health-conscious foods that are prepared fresh each day, never frozen. They have an excellent selection of meats, vegetables, and homemade salsas. The quality of their meats and cheeses is outstanding, and their daily-made chips are simply the best—made from scratch!
