Jg's Cafe - Los Angeles

Mauro Cafe- #1 Best Cafe in West Hollywood. The food is 5 star, the price is very reasonable, the staff is warm, friendly, informed making guests feel like we're at someone's home, not a public establishment. It's my favorite in Los Angeles, and being from New York City, I am picky about restaurants. Plus, the atmosphere- you can sit indoors, or outdoors where with flowers and plants in the shade, or sun to be transported to the Italian Riviera- what could be better?

I love Mauro Cafe! Delicious food (I love the butter lettuce salad and the pasta is perfection), great friendly service, and the atmosphere was so relaxed and welcoming. It feels very European with its patio seating and garden vibes and reminds me of my travels abroad! I’ll be back and I’m bringing friends!

Love this place. Ignore the one star reviews from the last few days, those are all angry people from YouTube who watched a video clip completely out of context. I was there that day, the man wasn’t refused service because he was Jewish, he was refused service because he had repeatedly harassed other patrons and tried to bully the manager. When they politely asked him to leave due to his abusive behavior, he of course seized the opportunity to claim that he was being discriminated against because he’s Jewish (sound familiar? . Please disregard the comment where a Jewish woman claims she was spat on… obviously that never happened. AIPAC does this in all aspects of our society, canceling and silencing everyone who dares speak up against abusive behavior and then claiming it’s discrimination.

Terrible management. I'm sure the food is good but to not let a Jewish man that has no connection to anything that's going on overseas buy a coffee is racist and poor taste. You should be ashamed

I went here a couple days ago. We were on a road trip on way to see family and decided to stop in. The food was okay. But the energy is really odd. My wife is Jewish and the owner went out of her way to be rude. Once we got to my brother and sister in laws and told them about Mauro cafe experience. And instantly they my sister in law said. “That place is all over YouTube showing the owner of Mauro cafe refusing a Jewish man service just because he’s a Jewish. This is unfair. And actually racism. It’s absolutely a shame that this is happening to people. I definitely well never go back.
