We always come here and are good but today was just THE WORST.! The worst customer service I?ve ever experienced. The girl checking us in didnt have no type of customer service. The guy sat us down and she went and got us and told us ?y?all gotta get up y?all not next it?s them? to me that?s so ghetto. Second she was loud and everyone was STARING! Embarrassing! We then asked to speak to a manager. After we settled everything this other manager name ?sharika ? just came while we were ordering and didn?t even say hi or nothing and said ?did any of you threaten my employees? Like girl first of all !!! Ask what happened. Nobody threatened nobody! Please don?t ever go here. We are waiting to speak to the actual manager

Very nice place but the customer service is lousy more than an hour waiting for an order most of the waiters are not concentrated, my friends and I had a very bad experience for which I do not recommend visiting it

I was only there for a delivery pick up. The service was very terrible. I walked up inside to pick up my delivery and there wasn't anyone at the service desk. I was there for about 5 minutes before someone finally noticed me standing there and the staff was very unprofessional beside the one black woman who was smiling and taking care of business. The person who helped me seem to didn't want to help me because she had a attitude and the one of the staff members was some busy clinging on her and was talking about other staff members throughout the facility . I over heard her trying to put other employees down while she was acting like she's all that. I had to shake my head and turn back to look at her. I feel that the staff could've been more professional and not act like they won't to be there. Don't ever treat people who are delivery pick up differently than the people who are spending their hard earned money

Sat at the bar which wasn?t clean. Ordered wings n tacos which were good. Draft beer system pressure settings don?t seem correct, 50% keg yield at best. Bartenders need training on how to pour a Guinness properly!! Offered a suggestion which was ignored, 15 minutes later and 3 pints of foam poured down the drain I finally had my Guinness. Went to the bathroom and along the way noticed tables weren?t clean either. Maybe this place is running at a loss for tax reasons as I see similar posts to mine recently with ?the owner? providing generic responses. Please don?t reply with a link to your website, focus on fixing issues highlighted.

For vegetarians, they now offer cauliflower wings and you can pick from any of their original sauces!! I tried garlic parmesan and they were perfect. Lots of good beer specials as well. Sat at the bar and the service was quick and friendly.
