Chef Ming's Kitchen - Los Alamitos

When I opened my collection tray, I was really excited. The food looked exactly how I imagined it. Then I took a few bites and I must be honest here, it wasn't good. The more I have eaten it, the more it became to eat a choreus. The chicken was not crispy at all and had no good texture. The noodles were Bland. The roasted rice? How do you screw this up? That was the worst on the plate. The only saving grace of the meal was the sweet and acidic sauce. I hate to give the local family business negative reviews, but there is no way I could postpone this. Don't eat in there either. The place looks like he's never cleaned and I? ve has never seen a person eat there. I want to talk to the owner about my review when it comes.

I absolutely love this place! I have never experienced such high quality food at such an affordable price. Everything I ordered was fresh, perfectly seasoned, and incredibly delicious. The chef is very friendly and provides excellent service. This is now my top choice for lunch!

HORRIBLE!... don't eat here... the crab Rangoon was all cream cheese and the Sauté duck was actually brewed. The soup was soapy and smells terrible... the first and last time I eat from here.

I had the sweet acid chicken combo dinner.nicce and hot fast service.

This was my first time here and they assume you know what you're doing. It's not like your typical Chinese restaurant where they expect you to order large quantities. I couldn't even get a third side order. The chicken on the chow mein tasted strange, as if it wasn't cooked properly and was too soft. I have been to better Chinese restaurants before, and this one did not meet my expectations. I had hoped for better considering the nice location, but unfortunately, it fell short. If anything, the restaurant in the less upscale area is better.
