Ordered a Buffalo Chicken Papadilla online for carryout. It was delicious but do not use the track your order for pickup. Mine showed it was baking 10 minutes after it was ready.

I used to love Papa Johns, but I stopped ordering from them due to terrible customer service. The employees were rude on the phone and in the restaurant. However, I decided to give them another chance tonight and I was pleasantly surprised. The lady who took my order was incredibly sweet and polite, and the guy at the counter was friendly and welcoming. When I got home, I realized that the cheese sauces I ordered were missing, but the staff was quick to rectify the mistake. I later found out that the restaurant was under new management and I am thrilled with the positive changes. I can't wait to order my favorite pizza from there again. Thank you to the staff and new manager for the great experience. Other businesses could learn a lot from you guys!
