Carter's Bar-B-Que - Longview

I love this place when I first came to longview. I've eaten here and just felt in the food. I really appreciate that they give them enough meat, so place only they give one dab to cover the brot. but give them enough to make another sandwich from the first. simply they wish that they have come with waiter’s so that I have delivered some to me home if I don’t go to the restaurant. thanks to carters

Our first time at carter’s and it meets all our expectations and more. we ordered the rips and the pane breeze. both were among the best we ate. they had a wonderfully smoky taste and were not dried out. were very generous and worth the price. if this evaluation was helpful, please.

I love carters bar-B-Que! but the only problem I would have is if they wait in this long line, from the people who come to their car and serve their order, and they tell them that they ran out of a certain food and they wait for the longest to try these ribs and then they come to their car and say that we are ripped out and chickened out. I only feel that if they get low from any food item, they should all let them know that they are either low or they are already out, so we are not in the line for this long.

I can't say enough good things about this barbecue place! It is the BEST BBQ that I've EVER tasted ???? And I've eaten a lotttt of BBQ in my lifetime. Everything is great but their RIBS CHOPPED BEEF are my all time FAV. If you've never tried this bbq, do yourself a favor give them a try. You won't regret it!
