Carl's Jr. - Longview

My husband and I visited Carl's Jr. for a late lunch and had a great experience. The service was friendly, and our food was prepared quickly, meeting our expectations. We ordered the Gold Digger Chicken Sandwiches and fries, and both were delicious. What impressed us the most was that the chicken was genuine, unlike the over-processed offerings at some other places. The restaurant itself was spotless, with every table clean. The condiment station was well-organized and also very tidy. Kudos to the manager for instilling high standards and expectations in his employees, ensuring the restaurant is well-maintained and that customers receive excellent service. And a big shout-out to the staff for following those standards!

Wow! I’m really impressed by the improvements they’ve made. The customer service is fantastic, and the staff is quick and friendly. I placed my order during a busy dinner time and was in and out in under five minutes. The food was delicious! I had the hand-baked chicken sandwich, and my husband got the Superstar. Both dishes were great. We’ll definitely be back!

Always a great spot for a late-night burger and fries. There's about an 85% chance that your order will be just as you requested. However, if you're hoping for extra pickles, you'll find them all piled on top of your burger. Regardless, I’ll definitely keep going to that Carl.

Love this place! The staff is always friendly. Food is made to order and has been good. They even let us order an unavoidable patty for our dog! He loves to go through their drive thru. Thanks for your hard work and helps us to have a delicious dinner!

I left the restaurant before even placing an order because the woman at the counter was very rude. I politely mentioned that we needed a few minutes to look at the menu since it was our first time there, and she rolled her eyes and responded with "whatever." Because of that interaction, my two kids and I decided to leave. We ended up going to a nearby Wendy's and had a wonderful lunch! If you're having a tough day, it's best to at least feign a cheerful demeanor while at work.
