Kyoto Japanese Steakhouse And Sushi

Our experience has been mixed. The setting is good and service is good but the food is mixed. Those in our family that like sushi loved it. I had the salmon once and shrimp and scallops once. Salmon was dry and shrimp rubbery. I don?t plan to go back.

It was amazing, words can?t even explain! ? First getting there I got a crown because it was my birthday ? Great atmosphere and all the staff was incredible! From first start with the show of the hibachi grill to dancing with a tambourine for my birthday, everyone was so friendly and excited! The food is incredible, the filet mignon melted in my mouth ? the rice was so rich in flavor! Everything was perfect!

Yesterday I brought my sister and daughter here for my daughter's birthday. This was the first time in for my girl and me. Warmly welcomed when first walking in, we had water then our drinks in seemingly no time. A song and dance broke out at the hibachi next to us, and we were invited to dance along. Once our chef arrived, it was on. He was hilarious. It's like the Harlem Globetrotters as chefs. It's one thing to be welcoming and go through expected routines. These people made it seem like they were happy to see us. Oh yeah, the food was excellent. Best fried rice I've ever had. I thought I knew what to expect. Not even close. We were all thoroughly impressed. Some warm sake didn't hurt.

The food was so tasty! The presentation beautiful and the service was great! I'm only visiting from California for a few days but I would love to go back!

I visited this restaurant tonight with my family and the experience was fantastic!! The restaurant was really clean, surprisingly cool on a 100 degree day, and the staff were so accommodating and friendly. I really have to share the one thing that topped our experience was the amazing chef at our table. My son is autistic and this was our first time going to hibachi together. I didn?t expect for the flames to frighten him so much that he wanted to watch from a nearby room. Our chef immediately picked up on his fear, even though I hadn?t said anything to him about it. He kept things quiet for our table, incorporated less flames in his act, told good jokes and still worked to include my son in the action from the other room!! His service defined accommodating and inclusive ?? and this act was incredibly meaningful to me and our family. Many, thanks to you!!
