The Loaded Plate - Long Gully

I had to take my cat to the Vet just up the road from here and desperately wanted a coffee. This cafe is usually closed when I leave for work in the morning, so I was excited to finally have the opportunity to visit. Although there is very limited parking, the service was immediate and friendly. The cafe has a great ambiance and the food selection is delectable. I originally only planned to have coffee, but ended up getting a muffin as well. Both were delicious and I would definitely return. I highly recommend this cafe for lovers of homemade delights, as their food selection is heartwarming.

We were almost ready to protest with pitchforks and flaming torches when we found out that this amazing foodie hotspot was closing. But no worries! With the roadworks finally finished on Napier Street, you can now experience the best breakfast in Bendigo. The portions are huge and the prices are reasonable. This is a must-visit spot for both work meetings and family breakfasts.

Owner was extremely rude and unhelpful regarding my intolerances. She should have left the serving at the counter to the lovely young girl who was already serving us

My mother and I had a wonderful lunch and coffee at The Loaded Plate Cafe. Despite the cold and dreary day, we found comfort in the warm and inviting dining room. The service was efficient and courteous, and the food was homemade, fresh, and delicious.

I have visited this local cafe everytime I've been in Bendigo and it is an exceptional local cafe with quality food and coffee. The staff are always welcoming and the portion sizes and cost are very reasonable. The food is always fresh and homemade ..vanilla slice, rolls and lasagne are particularly excellent) Reliable great coffee which is important to me. I always look forward to stopping by when I visit. A local treasure in White Hills
