We couldn't blame anything, from our ducks to Desserts were nothing less than perfection. The Dessert plate was absolutely mindblowing. Party in my mouth, just had to send my compliment to the chef! 5 STARS ALL THE WAY! I'd give you 10 if I could! Thank you.
This assessment is made in two parts. 1. Food (5 stars) 2. Covid-19 safety 1. Food and ambience temperature in the side was perfect. Service was professional. We chose two. Everything was amazing. I'd go on, but you just have to try it yourself. Everything was perfect; Oysters, Beef Tartare, Duck, Beef Steak, Gaumen Cleaner and Dessert. Everything was perfect, including timing of dishes. Thank you. 2. Covid-19 The first weekend of the table service since Iaopy, they did everything perfectly. Distance between seats. Not too crowded. Includes our details on contact tracking. Sanitizer on arrival. Wash menus. Tables with edge glue. The staff is not too close.
We were really looked around, the waiting staff was really friendly. We have the tasting, and every meal was fantastic. We had the bone marrow jus and chimichuri with the on bone porterhouse steak, with the comment of the night I 'll suck the lard out of your bone
Outstanding food and service. By far, one of the best meals, not only in Bendigo, but all of Victoria. Paul and his team do an outstanding job.
