The service was outstanding. We stopped there with a group of 45 Marines, and they provided express service while also accommodating the motor coach operator.
The staff is always friendly, and the restaurant is very clean with excellent service. Unfortunately, the quality of the apples has declined.
The service was terrible; I waited 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged my presence. To make matters worse, they were out of both pies and iced coffee. The restrooms were filthy, and I found dead crickets on the floor. I'm very disappointed. Food rating: 1/5.
The staff in the kitchen seem to be quite inexperienced. They messed up my Big Mac four times. On the fourth attempt, I just decided to eat it as it was. Frustrating experience overall. Food: 1/5
