Taco Bell - London

I ordered a chalupa combo at 7:45 PM on July 11. When I asked in advance for fresh chalupa shells and mentioned that I was willing to wait a bit longer for them, I expected them to actually serve fresh ones. Instead, I received lukewarm shells, which was disappointing. I had previously mentioned that my food had been lukewarm on my last visit, so I hoped they would improve this time, but it seems nothing changed. I’m giving it three stars only because of the excellent Taco Bell hot sauce; otherwise, I wouldn’t think it’s worth it. I’ll consider trying a different location next time. (The restaurant was empty, with only me in the dining room, so it’s not like they were busy.)

My order arrived on time, but the tacos were dripping with grease, and I didn't receive my fries supreme.

My entire order was delicious and arrived piping hot! The only downside was that there was a bit too much sauce on the burrito, but it was still really tasty! Great job, Taco Bell staff!

I ordered the bean burrito, and it didn't impress me. However, I appreciate that they offer vegetarian options. I also tried the cheese quesadilla, which I found to be quite thin and lacking in flavor. My favorite drink on the menu is the Baja Blast. On another note, the building definitely needs some renovations; it appears to be falling apart and could really benefit from updated equipment. As for vegetarian options, there are alternatives available for most items on the menu.

I ordered four hard tacos and requested fire sauce but only received three sauce packets for all four tacos. The total came to $13, including a drink, and to make matters worse, I'm pretty sure the sauce packets are smaller than they used to be. This is such a poor value. There's a reason I usually drive by without stopping, and today I really should have done the same.
