Superior 2-4-1 pizza - London

The Hawaiian pizza slices were consistently undercooked and were mediocre at best. After ordering two large pizzas, the Hawaiian one was overly salty to the point where no one in my household could eat more than a single bite. I tried to address my concerns through text and phone calls, but the manager was never available and did not return my messages. Despite repeated attempts over several days, my complaints were ignored. Finally, after a week of persistence, the manager responded and claimed that no one had mentioned any issues on the day of my purchase. It was evident that she had been informed of my complaints but chose to disregard them, refusing to call me back or offer any resolution. I still had the uneaten pizzas and offered to return them, but was met with indifference. Overall, the experience was disappointing and frustrating.

We placed an order at the restaurant around noon and received a text at 1:05 saying that our pizza would be delivered in an hour and 20 minutes. After waiting and being given the runaround about our order, we eventually asked for our money back. The staff initially claimed it was a mistake and that our order was on its way with the next driver. However, after waiting even longer and being told multiple conflicting excuses, we demanded a refund. It became clear that we were being misled and decided to not wait any longer.

I always order from this restaurant and the delivery is always on time. The pizza is hot and the delivery riders are friendly. It's the best place in town and I never go anywhere else!

We ordered pizza from this facility, sad! 40 minutes to reach, we were 5 minutes walk away! Waiting is fine unless the pizza is made with unrisen, thin, raw dough! YUCK!!! The toppings were not even cooked... It is almost as if they imagined it, skipped the...oven, and sent it out!!! Pitiful bath... The worst part of everything, when I wanted to complain, I was met with a man who left my complaint too demanding? Really?? Do you have to give some cooked pizza with these guys???? The bad pizzas were not replaced, no excuses were made, and we never went back...

This has become my favorite independent/non chain place of all. It's always loaded, 95 percent of time order walk in and is made very well and very fast. The prices are very fair, and the pizzas are well made and well topped, the sauce, is...nicely garlicky, which a lot of places, don't do no more. Staff are great, pleasant and helpful. Wings tho, are not too great and sauces are strange. London in general, suffers from weird to awful wings at non chain pizza places sadly.
