Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - London

This was the 2nd time and the last time. I love Popeyes chicken and I have had great chicken from this location BUT this is the second time after placing my order I'm asked "we only have dark, is that OK?" No it isn't!!! you charge more for white, sell it off at a premium and then sell/pawn off the dark meat in family packs at full flipping price during the drive home from work hour.Never again Clarke Road Popeyes, never again!

We ordered an 8 pc chicken dinner and when I picked it up there were 3 legs and 3 more pcs are dark meat. I complained to the restaurant and they made sure the next time i ordered to put in more white and do it appropriately but nothing else was offered for the error in the order. I also went to another Popeyes in St Thomas and tried to order a dinner 1 and 1/2 hours before close and was told they would not do any more chicken as it was too close to close. I wrote to Popeyes on their website but have been totally ignored by them with no response to the complaint. I am done with popeyes and find most restaurants are not as good as this one.

We ordered food for delivery during a busy move. First we were not advised of any delay in service should we place an order (when they knew they were over an hour behind). We also advised that payment would be debit, so they wold be prepared.Nope, they arrived with no debit machine and tried to force us to pay cash. After numerous calls the food arrived just over 2 hours later with no debit.Then they tried to send the food back to us again with a debit machine and food that was prepared 3 hours ago. Sorry we said absolutely NOT. Their solution we will give you one free pop.NO thank you!

I could not believe how slow the service was considering I was one of two people in the place. They ignored me at counter for 5 min standing 2 ft. away from me. When I did get my order taken and received it was cold. Other chicken sitting under warmers looked like they were there for awhile. Won't be back.
