Mucho Burrito - London

My experience in this outlet was very nice as they serve the best Burritos in the city. Corion was very helpful in deciding the perfect meal for me. I would recommend everyone to give it a try and give a feast to your taste buds.

Alll 5 stars go to Devin!! He made our experience awesome. He went over flavours and what pairs well together. We totally made my bowl taste amazing!! And on top of that he was so very kind and welcoming. He even checked to make sure the hot sauce wasn’t tooo hot while we ate. Thanks Devin! We can’t wait to see you again :

I am regular customer over here, the taste is unmatchable. You will definitely crave for every single bite. The most significant factor is hygiene and this place is second to none. The staff is friendly and you will feel like this is your own place. All in all, worth to visit ?

I am new to London and was greeted by Devon, he went over the different sizes and explain how they don’t cross contaminate anything which is very important to me, so I will definitely come back here again. Good portion, green atmosphere and great service.

Before anyone goes to this restaurant, Just make sure you have patience to handle the behaviour of the appointed people there. They are so mannerless which I have not seen in the entire London till date. It was raining Outside crazy, My husband was in car standing outside the restaurant, I went to pick the order , that Boy said “Did you bring a bag ? “ l I politely said Sorry I dont have bags, My car is outside and my Husband is there . He then said I dont see your car, Next time Come with bag , this time I am letting you go. He complained that the name is My husband , so why I am there to pick it up, what if I misplace the order ! I said Wait a moment let me call my husband and pick the order for you . Then he said On my face “ you dont wanna pick up? Pick it up or I Will cancel it “ … I was Like Wth ! I picked it and Clicked picked up. This is a complete harassment which we as a customer in this rainy season do not deserve . Then I called to the shop and asked for manager and same Abuser received and Said I am the manager , please tell me. I went to say smthing , he said I have 5/6 customers , can I call u back and he never called ! Obviously I know why !Seeking attention of the management, if you remain keeping such mannerless and abusive people in good Restaurants , sorry to say no one would appreciate your brand anymore .
