Montana's BBQ & Bar - London

So sad to give this review but I feel it's nessessary. Montana's has always been one of my favourite restaurants...until tonight. Service was pretty good, but the food quality has diminished over the last year or so. Ribs were tough. Not fall off the bone like they use to be. Corn bread was dry. Coleslaw had no flavour at all. The wings were good, though. I absolutely can't stand the metal trays. The food slides around and tray moves. Put the food on a friggin plate! We aren't in jail! The prices are so outrageous. I probably won't return for a while, and hopefully, next year, they get better.

Excellent food, always consistent, but the standout this evening was our server Sophia! Her attitude was excellent, she was the right amount of attentive, and really enhanced the guest experience!

Jade, our server, was fantastic! A little on the pricey side but food was great especially the cheese cake!

The food was delicious. I recommend the Kapow Shrimp and pull apart garlic bread. The ribs are tender and so good. Our server, Sophia was great! She was very nice and made sure everything was just right!Parking: Disabled parking available

Jade is the best waitress I have seen in years. She got the kids' refills, coffee refills, water when the chocolate milk was low and boxes for food with no prompts at all. She reads our needs as we thought them. Amazing! Thank you!
