Hero Burger - London

Hero Certified Burger is a lot like Five Guys. The burgers were great, and the onion rings the best I've ever had. The ketchup was served in this plastic thingie shaped like a bottle of ketchup but it was a bit tricky to open. We enjoyed the meal very much but it was a bit expensive since they charge extra for cheese and other toppings (most toppings are free). The service was great, the lady behind the counter very helpful when we told her it was our first time being there.

Nice staff, fairly quick service. However I didn't like the food at all.Weird mushy texture to the burger, didn't even finish it. My fries were not good either, it was almost as if they had been cooked in oil that was not hot enough. My husband finished his, but he will eat anything! However as we were leaving he said to me " well we gave it a try, but it failed!"

The burgers are reasonable quality and very overpriced. The service made us feel like we were an inconvenience with our presence. The service would be comparable to mediocre from the fifties or sixties when manners in the service industry were poor.Competitors such as Harvey's won't have to worry about competition from this place. I will not likely return and will not likely recommend friends. A new company gets one chance to make a first impression and this one failed.....

The Angus beef burger is very tasty and served hot.Chicken is also availableYou choose the size (4, 8 or 16 oz) that you want and then from a varied list of condiments select your toppings They have a variety of add-ons that are extra.I had the 8 oz combo with several toppings fries and a drink. The total was $15. I will go back, soon

Went in for a quick dinner. Our visit started off well...The lady behind the counter was very friendly and attentive. The disappointment came for us when the food arrived. The food was room temperature and the fries were soggy and cold. On a positive note the toppings on the burger were good and they put on the right amount. I don't think I will try this place again.
