Great Wall Chinese Food - London

Use to eat here all time but having to get my food instead of delivery it wasn't even ready even though I was half hour late going it was meant to be ready in minutes ... then whilst I'm waiting I noticed they store...next catalogue in fridge ... kinda put u off not to mention coughing chef

VERY small, very friendly, very quick, very good! Order is always ready when we arrive. Prices have risen a bit but so has the cost of ingredients. Egg rolls are crispy and contain bean sprouts, not cabbage! Chicken Soo Guy is a good deal large breast fillets in crispy batter with choice of gravy or sweet sour sauce. Tai Dop Voy is a generous serving of chicken, shrimp, BBQ’d pork and veggies. The Great Wall serves the best Chinese food I’ve tasted in London. It is amazing considering the tiny little space they occupy!

During lockdown, The Great Wall takeout is a good option. The Chinese dishes are excellent we had egg rolls, beef guy ding with almonds and the Special Tai Dop Woi. As with everywhere, prices have risen recently (about The portions are generous ..ample beef, almonds, shrimp with BBQ’d pork slices and lots of chicken. There seemed to be an inordinate amount of celery this time! We made our own side of fried rice to reduce the cost- don’t forget a few drops of liquid smoke! The dishes are always tasty- incredible fare from such a tiny outlet! Support Local!

I moved to london about years ago, and struggled to find good chinese food. I tried Great Wall about months ago, and they are the best I've found. I even called them after my first meal to tell them as much.
