Garlic's Of London

Very impressive setting, warm brick walls, nice lighting and ambience. Wait staff is cheery and competent, work well together. Menu is adventurous but not crazy...you know what you are eating. Cocktails were good. Although my waitress mixed on my Manhattan up with one OTR. No great sin. The garlic soup is to die for. The salmon dish my wife had was very good. I had a "AAA" steak that was very chewy. It may have been grass fed beef, but it didn't say. Not used to Canadian rating of beef, but I would say it was below "Choice" in U.S., but very tasty. Deserts were excellent. Overall Very Good experience.

What a great evening thanks to the staff and the unsung hero's in the kitchen!! Mushroom Pesto Pizza was a great hit with us. Can't wait for date night to return again.

I stopped at Garlics before going to a play and am so happy I did. The waitstaff were amazing and helped keep an eye on the time to ensure I would make it to the theatre on time. I had the ‘AAA’ Beef Tenderloin for dinner and the Sticky Toffee Pudding with a Creme Brulee Martini for dessert. The beef was cooked to perfection and the sticky toffee pudding was fabulous. I am looking forward to my next visit!

Garlics is a lovely intimate dining experience on Richmond Row. The service was efficient and our server accomodated all our requests. I would highly recommend this gem for a quality evening. You are not rushed and can enjoy a leisurely meal. The wine list was extensive and very reasonably priced. Would definitely go back.

The Garlics is situated in downtown London. It has a cosy and elegant athmosphere. The food varies from fresh and intelligent starters to excellent meat and fish to great desserts. I liked the creativity most.
