This restaurant is a disappointment. They allow reservations through online booking, but when you arrive, the restaurant is closed.

I made a reservation to celebrate my father's 65th birthday, but when my family and I arrived, we found a sign on the door stating that they were "precisely closed" without any explanation. I found this quite rude and unprofessional, especially since they didn't bother to inform us in advance. We won't be returning! A big thank you to Montanas across the street, who welcomed us and even offered my father a complimentary dessert!

I have booked this restaurant before weeks only to show up and see that it was closed for renovations. So I was stuck on a Friday night to find an alternative restaurant to celebrate a birthday at 17:00. not pleased. a statement would have been very appreciated or a message that says that the restaurant does not take reservations for the time.

When we arrived at the restaurant, it was closed and we were unable to eat there. I'm not sure what the issue was.

Well this location has been temporarily closed until further notice; and yet I was able to reserve a table for lunch today. Maybe the restaurant should have informed OpenTable and also post on their corporate website that this particular location is currently closed. This would avoid patrons from trying to visit this establishment and save them the time and hassle of discovering this inconvenience upon arriving to this location. Very disappointed.
