I ordered off of Uber eats. I got a bean burrito, it was basically only sauce. I called to complain about it and the women that answered hung up on me. Very rude and unprofessional.Food: 1/5

The chicken burrito was awful. The chicken had a strange, dry texture and there was only a small amount of sour cream and salsa in one corner of the burrito. I will not be returning to this restaurant. Overall rating: 1 out of 5.

I came with my sister the other day, it's not our first time trying Burrito Boyz but it was our first time on this branch.We waited about 25 min just for one nachos.There were 3 people in front of us on the line, and like 5-6 people after us, and all of them were served and given their food before us, even if we were before them. When we left there was one else there.When we tried the nachos (not our first time) they were horrendous. We thought that they took their time because they were frying the tortilla, but the totopos were the ones that you buy. We only buy one nachos because usually, it's a big portion for just one of us, but this time there were very few. Very disappointing.EVERYTHING on the downtown branch it's way better, don't come to this one.
