Bento Sushi - London

Hello, I ordered an elise, and my partner opted for a meat assortment for breakfast. Initially, it was a delightful experience, but unfortunately, things took a turn for the worse. Coras used to provide high-quality meals and treat their customers fairly, but that no longer seems to be the case. They served my partner just one sausage, and the coffee cups were so small it felt like they were rationing our food as if we were preparing for World War Three. The wait for our food was incredibly long, and our waiter appeared overwhelmed and on the verge of dropping everything. It was a rather disappointing experience for both of us.

We were greeted promptly at the door and seated right away, and our server was excellent. However, we should have left after waiting 45 minutes for our order to be taken. After an hour, just as we were about to leave, our food finally arrived. Unfortunately, one dish was cold, and we had to send it back. We ended up eating just one meal and paid for it. I'm hoping this was just an off day for them, but I won’t take the risk of returning.

We went out for a family birthday brunch and had a disappointing experience. There was no line when we arrived, but we waited 10 minutes to be seated and then another 15 minutes before anyone approached us. After that, it took another 10 minutes just to get water. To make matters worse, the tables that came in after us were served before we were. Most breakfast items on the menu ranged from $14 to $18. There were plenty of staff around, but they seemed lost. The food was mediocre; my potatoes were undercooked, but I ate half of them rather than risk waiting for a replacement. As we were leaving, we noticed about 20 people waiting for a table in a restaurant that was more than half empty. I would recommend avoiding this place.

For years, a family favorite. Happy vibes. Incredible breakfast menu. Perfect coffee. Healthy and very yummy unhealthy choices! Helpful friendly staff. Two large parties of nine on a busy Saturday morning were seated within less than 15 minutes! Fair prices.

Terrible service. New owners. Cold food. Bad presentation. No manager available. Crazy! I wonder who even cares about this review!
