Asian Wok - London

Our usual Chinese restaurant was closed for renos. A quick google search reminded me of this location, but I had always assumed it was a chain serving 'mall food' - their website told me I was wrong! We were craving noodles, so ordered two dishes, plus the BBQ pork fried rice. We picked it up in 15 minutes, fresh, hot and friendly! And the flavour! Blown away by the quality and large portion sizes...I think we have found our new Chinese Take out place!

Spring rolls were doughy, not cooked. Fried rice didn't have much flavour.lemon chicken was okay. Beef and broccoli, couldn't even chew beef very tough. Cantonese chow mien was bland. Looked like chicken was boiled. We had it delivered.

Great place for lunch. They have a cheap lunch menu. Whether you are dining in or take-out, it is made fresh and there is plenty of food. It is always super hot, as well.

My family and I have just moved from Toronto and granted have been spoiled by the amazing Asian cuisine found in China Town there. This was our first visit to an Asian restaurant here in London so we were very much looking forward to it and we were sadly disappointed. It was all Very bland! Thank God they had siracha on the tables. Veggies were barely cooked in the chow mein and the chicken fried rice was awful. Bland and dry. You can tell the quality of the ingredients aren't the best / fresh. It's mind boggling that this place has such a high rating on TA. If you're used to any kind of authentic Asian /thai food, I do not recommend this place. The restaurant was 10/10 clean and the service was nice. Very friendly and professional.
