Mcdonald's -  London

Always a nice place to get a quick bite during the day. Has good prices and their food is (most of the time) what we ordered. Although I recommend you go at peek hours during breakfast, lunch and dinner. Once it is slow, the food quality isnt at fantastic but during peek hours, fries are always fresh and the burgers are always great. We definitely enjoy the varieties that they carry and new flavours of burgers. The ice cream is iconic and can never go wrong with a simple cone.

Did my order on a menu machine it was fast and easy to follow. The food warm and excellent. The employees were working as a team to get the orders out to the costumers. Good service! The establishment was clean and tidy. Today is November 15th 2022 Today I came in with my daughters every thing I mentioned above is still as today still stands. But there is a slate problem.

Ordered today. Blt quarter meal was delish. Presentation was wonderful. 5 stars

Everytime I order I keep thinking maybe they’ll get it right for once but no. Even simple instructions are ignored or either they can’t read? I’m going to say they can’t read. Whomever worked the kitchen Sunday Dec 10th, you’re working at McDonald’s for a reason. I order the spicy grilled chicken burger and received a grilled chicken with mayo. Management, you need to do better by actually checking the order before handing out. I worked at that exact location over a decade ago and just finding this location deteriorating.

Couldn't figure out 3 medium regular coffee, charged us for fries, refunded the money, then tried giving us fries again at the second window. Instead of renovating, they should just close this location.
