The Andover Arms - London

We enjoyed the lamb and pork dipping both meals were perfectly cooked. helpful and attentive staff who knew the menu well and helped us in our selection of food and drinks. beautiful ambiente with candles on the tables.

We went to this place without reservation and I guess we had luck waiting for a little one. the manager was nice and friendly and so were the other employees. the place was beautifully decorated and it had a beautiful, cozy atmosphere. the house wine was great. I tried the traditional fish and chips and my friend tried her at the time of lamb and it was great. it was also very big. the highlight of the evening meal was the dessert, apple cake dessert and chocolate brewery plentiful in size as well as a joy to eat. great food and great environment. we totally loved this place.

I visited this place yesterday with my friend. We really liked the place for its décor and atmosphere. Staff was generous and polite. We had the roast chicken, roast beef and the fish and chips. All meals were excellent in taste and in portions. The desserts were amazing as well. We had the best time there. I would definitely visit this place on my next trip to London.

I was with my family, we saw the place and wanted to go on our stay in London and were the most welcoming and especially our visit experience in the city. We arrived for dinner and were not yet open kitchen, from that moment feel the hospitality of the place! We were greeted with much warmth; the staff is very attentive and felt like friends from the start! Tried very good peanuts and of course the amazing beer. They opened before the kitchen and prepared two dishes dream a foot sausage and meat and dessert a warm chocolate cake with ice cream, WOW!! This is a place you cannot stop going on your visit to London.

This is one of my top 2 pubs in London(I can't decide which comes first) unlike my other favourite this place is old school and that's what I love! Proper London ales, proper English food, proper hearty portions, proper locals propping up the bar and a proper landlady/manager with a personality as big as the lamb shoulder!(proper) All that aside the food here is fantastic, especially the Sticky Toffee Pudding!!
