Perrier-jouet Champagne Terrace At Harrods

The food quality was good, but the service was lacking. I was not informed that some items on my order were unavailable until after placing my order. It took 40 minutes to receive a sharing plate, which arrived cold. It also took 30 minutes to get the bill.

The view of the rooftops from the 4th floor was lovely. We were fortunate to have a dry evening, allowing us to watch the sunset and planes taking off. The restaurant offered a wonderful variety of drinks and snacks. The staff were friendly and attentive.

The oysters were terrible and very small at Caviar House Prunier in Harrods. Despite the beautiful setting in the garden, the overall experience was horrific. We were not happy with the view and were accused of something unjustly. I am very upset because it was my birthday and there was no mention of it in the booking. The service was terrible and we will not be returning.
