What a cool place for coffee and healthy eating. 2 years ago I passed this place, but never went in. 2 days ago I went there with a friend. amazing coffee! I had avocado too. very delicious! I was told that the eggs were from cornwall. I was sure chickens didn't fly in london .. cool friendly staff with a smile to die. I highly recommend this place.
A lovely rustic local place, with friendly and inviting staff and environment. I went for a brunch today and was pleasantly surprised by the very tasty egg royale i had to eat! Overall an amazing experience and will be coming again.

Everything perfect. No. 40 has what is needed to deserve 5 stars. Excellent service, nice location to a smallere street, and marvelous food. Never had so delicious granola before.
