Gymkhana - London

The restaurant is top end, in a good central location in Green Park and the exquisite food was just to die for!! I’ve had all of these Indian dishes in other Indian restaurants and in comparison, Gymkhana’s Indian food was absolutely spot on for presentation as well as taste. The waiters are great, regularly checking to see if all is well and helping with dietary requirements. Knocked off one star for not being told certain things would be chargeable on our bill. All in all a good night, as you can see from pics and videos, with my girlfriends for life!

So they don't have disabled lift...I thought this is now a given and requirement. The staircase is quite steep n dark.

Swish, upmarket curry place with great decor and very attentive staff. Location and quality does mean it's high-end, so one for special occasions. Sampled lots of the food and it was all delicious, would recommend the guinea fowl and paneer.

I was disappointed with the Dosa, as it was unusually small! However they deducted it from our bill. Originally we were seated in the downstairs area, however I felt it was a bit claustrophobic and we asked to move upstairs, luckily they were able to accommodate us.
