Pizza Hut - Loganville

This location should seriously consider closing its doors for good! They consistently mishandle orders and seem to excel only in two areas: delivering the wrong pizza and not including everything you ordered. Why is it so hard to get it right? After yet another frustrating call regarding a mistake with my order, I spoke to the Shift Leader, Ethan, who informed me that I would have to return the item in order for them to fix the problem. Ethan, I suggest you take some customer service training because your current approach definitely needs improvement. After expressing my frustration with Ethan's response, I was then transferred to the General Manager, Ariel. Thank you, Ariel, for applying some common sense and issuing an immediate refund. However, your team is in urgent need of an overhaul.

I paid $20 for pizza and breadsticks to be delivered and they never showed up. I called the store three times and my call was left on hold every single time. I waited three hours and never saw my pizza. If the store would answer their phone this could have been solved. WIll never order from here again.

I ordered dinner tonight, and it's now midnight, but my pizza still hasn’t arrived. When I tried to call the restaurant, they either didn’t answer or put me on hold and then forgot about me. I reached out to corporate, and they were not pleased with the situation, so I hope something is done about this terrible establishment.

Whoever said that people from the South don’t drink Pepsi definitely lied to me!

This restaurant is quite disappointing. They rarely get the orders right, and the extra cheese is a joke; most of the time, they don't even cover the pizza completely with cheese. I recommend going to Papa John's if you're in the mood for pizza.
