Pizza Hut Woodridge - LOGAN CENTRAL

Pizza ordered and not received. they try to get the business personal decided to hang the phone on me several times then after 2h try to call the main customer service department was threatened, then asked for a refund. would not be reimbursed back and further calls between the shops and customer service. the delivery driver calls from the wrong address explains him where to go (like the notices on the order) driver was very apologetic explained, they short personal and new only new worker-received pizza 3 hours later, which were cold and incorrect pizzas the drink was also hot drink would not recommend, nor wait for the call back from the load and follow the customer service as they said. Sooo nothing personal towards Pizza Hut Woodridge as that's just the store links upto my address.. but 2 for Tuesday is a load of shi!

Not happy my Daughter brought pizza and potato Gems from here Saturday night 27/08/22 not long after eating it for dinner she started vomitting ended up in hospital Sunday due to Selmonella poisoning/ bad infection she was up all night vomitting and couldnt keep nothing down not even water she had to go to the hospital have a blood test have a drip put in to try and have fluids after being dehydrated due to not keeping nothing down and had medication couldnt keep that down either it could of killed her CHECK YOUR INGREDIENTS PIZZA HUT WOODRIDGE/ LOGAN CENTRAL before you put them on the pizzas no she didnt reheat it or nothing she had it delivered to the door ate it for Dinner then was so sick straight after eating it she wont be ordering from here again

No one greets us at all the entire time, the short girl with blonde-brown hair that worked there was so miserable and treated us miserably like we weren’t worth talking nicely to, looking at us and talking like we’re her enemies and we’re not welcome, like we don’t matter. Her demeanour clearly showed us what her heart is like.She also tried to hide the deal from us, trying to make us pay extra for three pizzas separately when I told her I wanted the deal. Which clearly shows she doesn’t care about us, because she knew about the deal but intentionally didn’t tell us.Not a single smile on her face, only looking at you like she hates you being there. And also taking forever to place the order.Would hate to work around her, don’t want to go back there either.And yet this place doesn’t actually make an effort to improve. I can see other reviews which have had the exact same experience. If I’m not welcome, then I’m sure not going back there.

First time ordered here the pizzas were very average. Decided to try one more time and regretted it. I will not be ordering from here again. Pizzas were undercooked but the bits of meat on top of pizza were burnt/dry. Almost like a watery texture to the pizzas. And cheese was thick on top but wasn’t melted properly. They were un edible. The garlic bread wasn’t even cooked properly. And order was late to arrive. Worst Pizza Hut ever experienced.
