The Kaatskeller - Livingston Manor

Pizzas can be made with vegan cheese (I think it is from cheezehound, a local vegan cheese cream), we had the Margherita pee. the delicious caesar salat is vegan by default with vegan dressing, vegan parm and spicy cherry pears.

We had the vegan caesar salad and the Mediterranean retreat pizza subbed with vegan cheezehound mozz cheese. both were delicious. they have a small bar upstairs and music on Friday nights. everyone was super friendly and accommodating and happy to ensure that our eating was made vegan. they have a beautiful escaping area in the free and we sat from the fireplace for a dae. it was a cool night, but the summers must be amazing there. I hope to come back in warmer days and try the heel milkgelato from milkweed, the ice pendant I hear opens in summer.

10/31/21 was back to eat more pizza — and very enjoyed! inexpensive if you order a cake per person, but absolutely delicious. the medium retreat 19) with kalamata oliven, spinat, white wobble, evoo and sun dried tomatoes, but without feta asked. in the table with cheese grated, but like 10 seconds later one of the ladies appeared and called on my sworn without feta they remembered and quickly apologised, I was so happy that I didn't have to wait as I was quite hungry and they were close to the closing time! only once, was looking forward to the next visit. very beautiful indoor and outdoor atmosphere. bonus option for vegan gelato with the street side milkweed oatmilk gelato lkw directly in front of the tor, where order can be placed for kaatskeller. updated by previous review on 2021-11-07

From the cool little pendant, amazing vegan in the house made cheese, friendly and helpful staff, great drinks, and the outside terrace room was wonderful. Unfortunately, they had no milk ice cream when we came, although we were there when they opened. best vegan pizza I've had for a long time. fun experience on the way to a concert in bethel woods.

I love this place! This time our waitress was kind of strange to almost order us and then never come back to check us out unless she brought our food out. Other than that, the place is great and we will definitely be back!
