Cinar Mediterranean - Livingston

The best darn food in New Jersey! If you don't believe me, try it.

The white sauce was spoiled, the red sauce was Frank's, the pita was store bought, and the salad was 95% cucumber. We will not be ordering again.

My fave go-to place! Great food and great chicken kebab!

Cinar is a cute little place on Rt 10 in Livingston. As their name suggests, they offer a large Mediterranean menu with several delicious selections, including some that you wouldn't find at other local places.I went on Saturday with a friend. We were seated promptly and there were a few other people there. I ordered hummus and some pita bread for an appetizer. The hummus was...ok. It lacked some flavor. Not the worst hummus I've ever had, but not the best either.For dinner, my friend had Turkish dumplings, which he enjoyed. I ordered a Doner Kabob wrap. It was delicious! Definitely better than the hummus. Overall, Cinar was a pretty decent place, and I would definitely go back sometime in the future.
