Tim Hortons - LIVELY

Was in today on my way to work, was absolutely appalled at the way I was spoken to while placing my order in the drive thru. I guess that 's how your taught to speak to the customers that are helping to pay your wage. 28yrs in the service industry much of it spent not only on the floor as a waitress dealing with customers but as a manager and have never seen anything like it before. Went in and asked to speak with the manager but same individual that took my order told me he 's too busy No .Don 't waste your time people there are plenty of better Tim Hortons close by

Worse coffee around Sudbury area I would avoid this tim at all cost not worth your time or money the food is also horrible like it has sat out for weeks just like the hot water that supposed to be coffee very disgusting tim Hortons here in livelyStaff get angry when they screw up your order too I will not be returning or recommending to anyone this Tim's.

Not the worst Tim Hortons around Sudbury , staff are friendly but as the students teenagers start their shifts the overall quality of service and speed diminish. Corners are cut , hot beverages under filled, burnt food, I swear I've had 5 bagels and ask for extra cream cheese and still get next to nothing on it. There are a few regular staff members that know what they're doing but you can tell they're the only ones working while the others are there to chit chat.More diligent training would solve this .

They're slipping. Every dark roast 2s 1c I order tastes like it has 3 creams in it. Not sure if the dark roast blend is wrong or what. Also, when you order a side of wedges they only fill the small bucket up half way, making it easily the most you'll ever spend on potatoes hands down. Timmy's is just shedding value by the bucketload.

My husband visits this establishment every day often. The last two French vanilla cappuccinos I have had are either yesterdays dishwater in taste and now today it is only about two thirds full. Very annoying! Not worth the money we spend on them!!
