This beautiful cafe and deli features an amazing gift shop and is very popular, often bustling with customers. It's far superior to any other coffee shop or cafe in Akaroa—definitely eat here! You'll also want to spend some time browsing the unique gifts, including works from local artists. It's a special place, and I highly recommend it. I give it an off-the-charts rating of 6 out of 5!

This is a great spot for a quick meal or a coffee if you're passing through Little River. We stopped for coffee on our way to Akaroa. Little River is a charming and peaceful small town with a couple of scenic spots that offer stunning views of the mountains and Birdlings Flat beach.

Charming and delightful, this cafe is located in the picturesque town of Little River, a rest stop in Canterbury. It offers an impressive selection of treats and dishes that cater to both locals and visitors. While the deli shop next door seems designed to entice tourists to spend their money, the nearby gallery provides an inviting and artistic experience. We were pleased with the prompt and friendly service, enjoyed our coffee, and found the milkshake to be quite satisfying.

Yummy food in a great location. Very busy over the weekend as a destination location for folks out on a drive. But plenty of outside seating options.

Best big breakfast I have ever had, hands down. Crispy bacon, fresh garlic bread, authentic handmade tomato sauce the best krqnsky sausage I have tasted. The coffee was excellent too! A must try!
