Chipotle Mexican Grill - Little Neck

What is the purpose of online ordering if it is not ready when I arrive! the load was empty! no customer, but can my order not to the promised time also tho the app said it was ready for picking up! then to deal with their super rude staff! and the place was dirty!

This is the worst chipotle!? my children and I come from here to eat until 19 o'clock they don't want to eat! They are so busy to clean the place. it happens twice, others two times said they were just online orders. if they want to close this place early, they let the people know. So frustrated?

I went in the last night at 7:15 just to say online order only. very disappointed that I landed at panera bread. When I went at 20:30, I saw them serving customers with a line. very disappointing when I wanted more chipotle than the terrible eating in panera.

After driving an 1 1/2 to go home I stopped at this branch in Little Neck to get food. I was told they are not serving customers… Online only I was told. They were three people behind me in line and made all of us leave. The manager Charlotte was completely unhelpfull and quite argumentative. The restaurant was sloppy and obviously Charlotte was not doing her job properly.

Portion size is getting smaller and smaller. The chips were rubbery and the bag was half filled...not sure if that's a negative considering the quality of the chip. Workers used to be friendly now seemed like I was an inconvenience. I may have to travel to a different location to see if this is only happenening here.
