Hot Dog Jay’s - Little Falls

Came to this truck at a friend's recommendation, and so glad I did. I did my normal kraut and mustard and went rogue (for me anyway) and did a chili cheese. THIS CHILI WAS AWESOME! I'm normally not a mark for hot dog chili bc it tends to lack flavor and texture, but this was perfect. Perfect amount of spice, tons of flavor and great texture. Washed it down w a root beer and also got a t shirt. I mean, can you beat a super satisfying lunch for $6? Never mind an awesome T-shirt for $12. I love when you can see someone doing something they enjoy. Jay was telling me he did a series of tests, just for the kraut. Do yourself a favor and get yourself out for some fresh air and take a ride down to Hot Dog Jay's. You won't be disappointed.

My family lives close by Jay's truck and consider ourselves to be lucky to have such easy access to these great hotdogs. My son and I prefer simple toppings, but my husband loves his dogs loaded, and says these are delicious! The more onions the better for him! We recommend this truck to everyone! It's the best!

Today was my day off and I decided to check this out for the very first time. Hot Dog Jay 's is by far, my favorite hot dog joint in New Jersey. Forget about the mainstream chains, cause THIS is the real deal!!! I bought 2 dogs and a drink and they were phenomenal. I love the set-up, you can easily find parking, without searching for those really pricey parking meters . The location is very close to where I live, so finding this was pretty convenient for me. I live 30 minutes away and surprised at the menu with prices so affordable you can buy more for your money. The service is perfect, I love Jay 's friendly attitude. This automatically warrants another visit from me. One of best dirty water dogs around!! Hot dog with sauerkraut and onions is my favorite!! A must go to if you love hot dogs. The owner and his wife are the friendliest people!!!
