Horrible experience. No one washes their hands prior to handling food. No espresso beverages available. Out of a lot of food options. Coffee tasted burnt. Waited nearly 30 min for two breakfast sandwiches. Don’t waste your time.Food: 1/5

The food is great and the place is nice. It’s just tge service, the cashier and the one who prepare the food and who took our orders is VERY RUDE!!!! We went there like 10mins before closing and we ordered 7 maple stacker and 1 wrap. It’s just like she is not happy taking a lot of orders and banging everything in the kitchen and was too loud while preparing our orders which is so annoying which the place is just small which you can really hear everything that she does while banging. It’s just so sad that we are putting this bad review because of that bad service. Never go back there again. BAD SERVICE!!

The only downside was that a person behind us was served before my companion and I. Which is understandable as the server was a new hire they said. I ordered a London Fog and my friend had an iced coffee. Mine was absolutely delicious. Will most definitely go again to try either something else from the expansive menu or to get another London Fog.8.5/10Just a personal note, maybe as part of the training process you could have the servers try what they will be serving.Parking: It is water street in LC so you need to be prepared for a small walk, which is only really a concern if we are having a downpour, or if you have mobility issues.
