From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with the comforting aroma of freshly brewed coffee and the inviting, cozy atmosphere that sets the stage for a great morning meal. One of the standout features of Diana Sweets is their extensive breakfast menu. Whether you're in the mood for a classic breakfast or looking to try something a bit more adventurous, they have it all. The omelette selections are particularly impressive, with a range of fresh ingredients to choose from. The service at Diana Sweets is friendly and efficient. The staff is always ready with a smile, making you feel like a valued guest. They take the time to ensure your coffee cup is never empty, and the food arrives hot and delicious. The coffee deserves a special mention. It's rich, aromatic, and the ideal companion to your breakfast. They offer a variety of blends, and I was particularly fond of their house blend. It's clear that they take their coffee seriously. Diana Sweets Restaurant is a wonderful place to enjoy a satisfying and hearty breakfast. The menu is diverse, the food is delicious, and the service is top-notch. It's a place where you can start your day on the right foot, and you'll likely find yourself returning for more. If you're in the mood for a classic breakfast with a side of nostalgia, Diana Sweets is the place to be.
We stopped here for lunch after visiting Goats on 86 (while on a Road Trip). We went in with no expectations, but the food was great, and super affordable (compare to GTA prices). But most importantly, the service was top-notch. The waitresses were very friendly and were great with our kids. A nice surprise was that they got to pick a treasure from the treasure box before we left!
Great place to have good food. Staff are very friendly and always make you feel at home. I would recommend the The breakfast behemoth and the burger and fries.
Diana Sweet's is the go-to place when you're in town and is a pit stop for tons of college students that come back home to visit, claiming they cant leave for the city again before a plate of those delicious home fries. The home fries are the best I've ever had. The service is amazing, friendly and these girls have been working at the same diner for years so you know its a great place to be and to eat. It has that classic small hometown diner feel with an all day breakfast menu and reasonably priced lunch and dinner options. I highly recommend poutining your home fries if you're feeling extra hungry.
I ordered the western sandwhich with a side of fries. The sandwhich was a good size and tasted as it should, while the fries were above average. The place was pretty busy, maybe because it was a Friday at lunch. The total meal came to 7.99 before tax which I felt was a fair price.
