Best fishing and chips, burger and service in the city. the only place we can afford to take away, as the dozens of fish for $11,50 feeds all children beautifully. only so I can make my daughter eat fish.

I have got my fish and chips at this shop for years but have tried the shop twice now under new owner and wont be back. Fish was very dry, even thought the chips were extra cooked at my request they were still soggy and there is a pervading smell of cooking oil that was not there before. I wish the new person well bu some of us old customers are removing our patronage.

Since new management I wouldn’t waste your time. $9 for this is a joke, not how i used to remember it with the old owners. Never again

Absolutely horrible experience. Ordered a vegetarian spring roll and vege burger. Got a poor bubble n squeak burger and a CHICKEN spring roll! When I asked for a vege one, apparently the business owner doesn’t know the menu as it’s a recent purchase. There is a vege option on the menu, but apparently none actually for purchase. Useless excuse for a takeaway shop.

This restaurant is very casual with friendly staff. The calamari and chips are both excellent, as are the milkshakes, and all for a reasonable price. However, they do charge for sauce separately, which can add up. Overall, it's a very good place to eat.
