The Loft - Lismore

We have been here for our high-time anniversary on Friday april and could not fail to eat or service.

This was our second culinary experience in the loft and my only regret is that we did not live closer so we could go more often! the loft is the entire package in a fine culinary experience. eating is spectacular, the service amazing and the. atmosphere quirky, intimate and welcoming. as the name says, the loft is exactly that. a small multi-stage restaurant with cozy dining room on the upper floor and a bar on the ground floor. the restaurant is very cozy in dark colors and spectacular wall paintings on the wall. it offers a gourmet meal for them can weep for another that is a paradise for food. a must be during in lismore when they are a lover of good food

Absolutely divine eating, with friendly staff and a great mood. we had the three cursor days and it was amazing. the steak was cooked like the lamb to perfection. the duensalate and the cripple spells were delicious. the whole experience was charming and. so much worth. the cocktails were pretty good! we will definitely come back.

We come a few times in the year to loft and are always pleasantly surprised. eating is always amazing and the aromen are incredible. great service!

What a cute little place. All the staff are so lovely. We went with friends and got sloshed in great cocktails mixed by the most excellent woman behind the bar who will, and did, create them just for us. The food was good. The entrees...were all superb. We had a tuna cevicce, a fatty packed seafood ravioli with a bisque and brains. That was very lavish and a confit of duck. All of there were just so very good. Mains, well three took the steak option. A small eye fillet with a lovely potato rosti and so well presented. Our friend hat the lamb. The two medium rare steaks were reported to be melt in the mouth. The rare was quite tough (as in a sawing action was required). The lamb, which was beautifully presented on asparagus was reported nice but a bit lacking in lamb oomph. Two had deserts and that not my thing so I asked if they could do a cheese plate. The deserts were reported as being super good. The cheese platter was a few crumbles of Mersey Valley cheddar some assorted crackers and semi frozen red grapes. In all fairness it wasn't on the menu, but of that's as good as you can manage, just don't do it. There are many who would prefer that to a dessert so add it but do it well. A small and intimate place, would be a good option for friends or even a date with your paramour, as indeed it was so for many. Beautiful (literally), reasonably attentive and ever so nice wait staff made it better yet. A lovely experience. Try it.
