Hardee's In White Sulphur Spr

Terrible experience. I went here with my grandmother, and we asked for fresh fries, and the guy gave us fries that had been sitting out since they changed to lunch. My grandmother asked for fresh fries. They got it right the 2nd time. I got my burger. I took a bite out of it. The meat was rotten and dry. I had to get another burger. The ham and cheese burger was good. My grandmother and I are never coming back to this restaurant unless i'm getting a milkshake or a hot dog or something like that. But besides that, my grandmother and i are never coming back here again. We're going with wendy's or mcdonald's from here on out. Thanks for the horrible service and food.

Pulled in to an empty parking lot, figured this could be to my advantage, or the opposite. The cleanliness and cute touches were notable but then was hit with zero TP in bathroom. Then service I had to initiate. No big deal, I'm not picky. Nor was I in a hurry. But it was downright impressive to watch the two staff members do their tasks in the least time sensitive way. Cold fries. Chicken sandwich was fresh. Unfortunate that the chain's option for chicken is not at all to my taste, apparently. Missing the old style that was so good. Waited in vain for them to supply my drink cup with my combo and hopefully ask for ketchup to doctor the fries. Thankfully there was a coffee cup in reaching distance I had to settle for. Otherwise I may still be there waiting, and that was 2 days ago.

Stopped by here on our way home to Florida. This was one of the best fast food experiences we've had in years! Customer service was awesome. The young man who was working on Mother's Day at the front register noon was an absolute delight . We ordered 3 meals they were all hot, fresh and very tasty. I wish more fast food restaurants were 1/2 as great as they were.
